The first time I did yoga, I knew I had found my art. I was totally hooked. After practising for seven years I decided to train as a yoga teacher and I gained my qualification as an Iyengar® Yoga Teacher in 2010.
I teach yoga because I really enjoy it. I feel passionate about yoga and I want to pass this on to other people and make them benefit from it the way it did me and still does.
Yoga has an enormous impact on my life. I have completely changed because the practice has improved me both mentally and physically. Doing yoga makes me feel connected, grounded, alive and well.
